To ensure the best possible care and sitter availability, we ask that families book services at least 7 days in advance whenever possible.

Bookings requested 72 hours prior to the desired date and time are strongly recommended. Requests made within 48 to 24 hours may have limited availability.

For same day or under 24 hour bookings, a $25 convenience fee will apply if a sitter can be placed.

Please note that nanny service placements require a lead time of two weeks to one month to allow for proper matching and screening.
