SWLA Sitters & Family Services provides a platform that connects families with independent providers, including babysitters, nannies, mother's helpers, housekeepers, pet sitters, tutors, daycare providers, and other family service professionals. As a provider, you understand that families may discover and book your services through the SWLA Sitters platform. All bookings generated through SWLA Sitters must be booked and paid for through the SWLA Sitters website. Providers agree not to accept direct payment from clients for services that originated through the SWLA Sitters platform. SWLA Sitters will retain a 10% service fee from each completed booking, and the remaining balance will be paid to the provider according to the platform's payment process. Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, representatives, or agents of SWLA Sitters. Providers are solely responsible for their own taxes, licenses, certifications, insurance, transportation, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Providers agree to maintain accurate profile information, including rates, availability, certifications, experience, and contact information. Providers also agree to conduct themselves professionally and provide services in a safe, reliable, and respectful manner at all times. SWLA Sitters does not guarantee any specific number of bookings, clients, leads, referrals, or income. Participation on the platform does not guarantee employment or work opportunities. SWLA Sitters reserves the right to remove, suspend, or deny any provider profile at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving inaccurate information, safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, policy violations, or misuse of the platform. By clicking "I Agree" and submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and agree to comply with all platform policies.
